What arrives
You are not buying activity, a dashboard or a data file. Every month one of two things turns up, depending on which tier you are on, and we would rather promise you a small number of them than a large number of anything else.
A named director at a company registered in your district who asked to hear from you, in writing, after reading their own schedule. You ring them.
On the higher tiers we make the call instead. Under your firm's name, from a number that answers as you, straight into your diary. You turn up, and you sign or you don't. The prospect never learns we exist.

A postcode district is the unit we sell. E17, N1, SW18. Take out the formation agents, the mail-drops, the dormant shells and the addresses where four hundred companies share one front door, and a district that looks like a thousand new companies is five hundred and fifty-four.
Five hundred and fifty-four is the figure we put in front of you. It is smaller, and you can check it against the register yourself, which is the whole point of using a smaller one.
Your area follows from that arithmetic rather than from a price list. If E17 on its own cannot carry the floor we have promised you, we widen it into the districts next door, or we tell you the fit is wrong. Both of those beat a shortfall in month two. And we never sell the same district to a second accountant.

Every director and person with significant control now has to have their identity verified at Companies House. New appointments are verified before they are registered. Everyone already in post has until 18 November 2026.
Most companies incorporated this month have not read a word of it. Firms authorised as an ACSP can carry the verification out on their behalf. So a three-week-old company has an obligation it does not understand, a date it cannot move, and you happen to sell the answer. That gets you a conversation. Bookkeeping does not.
The reform is still rolling out and dates have moved before. We re-check GOV.UK before every campaign, and you should check anything on this page against current Companies House guidance.
Guaranteed floor
A number of opted-in leads, or of booked meetings, every month. Not a forecast. We aim well above it, and we tell you what we are aiming at, but the number in the contract is the low one.
If we don't deliver the floor, we keep going at our own cost until we do. The setup fee comes back if the first month hasn't convinced you.
What we need from you is 48 hours. Ring the leads, keep the meetings. A director who has just put their hand up cools faster than anything else in your pipeline, and there is nothing we can do about that from our end.

A monthly retainer, plus a one-off setup fee. What it costs depends on how wide your area has to be to carry the floor we are guaranteeing you, so we price it once we have looked at your districts rather than off a list. It starts well below what one new client is worth to you over a year.
Companies House, the free public register, filtered on SIC code and postcode. Nothing rented, nothing scraped from anywhere private. Named directors are approached on the legitimate-interest basis, with an assessment on file, a privacy notice, and a way out on every single touch.
No. One accounting firm per district. A company that puts its hand up in your area goes to you. The same district may also serve a firm in a category that doesn't compete with you, an IT provider or a commercial solicitor, but never a second accountant.
Ten to fourteen days. Printing takes about a working day, Royal Mail takes two to five, and people reply across a fortnight rather than all on the same afternoon. Anyone quoting you day seven is guessing.
Three months to start, monthly after that, by Direct Debit in advance. The three months exist because the first wave needs a fortnight to land and a month to be worth judging.
We'll share a screen and show you your own districts with the reachable count against each one. Then the card, the page and the schedule a company registered near you next week would receive, with your name on all three. Then we post you the card, because it reads differently in the hand.
